We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2024, at the age of 66, Macon C. Carrick of Berlin, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father O. Sheldon Chandler Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Helen Chandler Hannaway (Hoevenair); her children, Jason Carrick and Cathryn Nellans (Carrick); her son-in-law Ryan Nellans; her grandchildren, James and Evelyn Nellans; and her siblings, Dana Smith (George), O. Sheldon Chandler III (Anita) and Newt Chandler (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations for the Macon Katherine Chandler Art Scholarship, which is being established by Macon's friends, can be sent to the Art League of Ocean City, 502 94th St., Ocean City, MD 21842.
