She was predeceased by: her parents, Magellan Worthington and Lillian Wilson Worthington; and her husband Edward Waples. She is survived by: her children, Bernida Ferriera (Reginald), Monique Waples (Lacey Showell), Larry Waples and Garry Waples; and her sisters, Gloria Blake and Barbara Plummer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
