It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Foskey of Berlin, Maryland, who passed away on October 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Walter West Sr. and Rose Clara West (Gulyas); her husbands, Bobby Ray Foskey Sr. and Elwood Tull; and her friend Harvey Frost.
She is survived by: her son Jim Foskey (Sarah) of Pittsville; her grandchildren, Crystal, Heather, Jennifer, Lisa, Christopher, Bryan, Linda, Patty and Stevie; her children, Bobby Ray Foskey Jr., Ricky Foskey and Teddy Foskey; and her siblings, Edward West (Sandy) of Salisbury, Pauline Farlow of Pittsville, Anna Mae Mendoza (Charlie) of Merritt Island, Marie Selmer of Berlin, Peggy Foster (John) of Berlin, Dorothy Laird (Bill) of Berlin, John Paul, Randolph Walter West Jr. (Gail) of Berlin, Paul Edward, William Michael and Kathren Rosalee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including her niece/caregiver.
