He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rose of Berlin, MD; his children, Christopher Rose (Christine) of Frederick, MD and Amy Field (John) of Berlin, MD; his grandchildren, Hadley Poss, Keaton Rose, Emerson Rose, Graham Field and Joseph Field; his nephews, Jack Rose and Jeff Rose; and his niece Jodie Rose.
