It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Raymond Murray of Berlin, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Murray, and Dorothy Murray, Sr.; his father-in-law Leonard Gordon; and his brother-in-law Shotsie Bayliss. He is survived by: his wife Dara Murray; his daughters, Allie Tate (Joseph) and Sonia; his granddaughters, Arabelle and Maggie Tate; his siblings, Kathy Verprauskus (Barry), Donald Murray, Jr. (Cindy), Debbie Bayliss (Doug Kiracofe), Linda Handel (Greg) and Becky Saunders (Bruce); his mother-in-law Roslyn Gordon; and his brother-in-law Craig Gordon (Michele). He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Bat Yam (11036 Worcester Hwy, Berlin, MD 21811). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Goldstein's Funeral Home (6410 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19126).
