She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Stemphowski and Frances Gable; her husband Frank J. Sobota; and her siblings, Walter Stemphowski, Frances Smith, Theresa Spanka and Mary Ann Barone.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Sobota (Lisa), John Sobota (Staci), Carol Curley, Denise Barone and Christine Foshay; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Joseph, Jessica, Jamie, Kaylee, Matthew, Lindsey, Payton and Ava. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
