He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lawrence Underwood and June Merle Underwood (Gordon). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Underwood; his daughter Heather Ashleigh Roy; his sister Jana G. Nelson (Henry); his mother-in-law Ruby G. Hale; his nieces, Kimberly Mastin and Kellie Kidd; and his nephew Kevin Nelson.
