He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Bailey and Pearl Clark Bailey; and his siblings, Monroe, George, Preston, Dennard, Hilda, Sarah and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Vina Bailey; his daughter Karen Cooper (Lee); his granddaughter Emylee Cooper; his great grandchild Elsie Jane Cooper; and his sister Louise Richardson.
