He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Bailey and Pearl Clark Bailey; and his siblings, Monroe, George, Preston, Dennard, Hilda, Sarah and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Vina Bailey; his daughter Karen Cooper (Lee); his granddaughter Emylee Cooper; his great grandchild Elsie Jane Cooper; and his sister Louise Richardson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burbage Funeral Home - Berlin (108 Williams St, Berlin, MD 21811). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (10601 Assateague Rd, Berlin, MD 21811).
