We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2019, at the age of 96, Catherine Alvey (Berlin, Maryland), born in New Britain, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Raymond Confietto and Mildred Long. She is survived by: her spouse John Alvey; and her children, Kenneth, Janice, Douglas and Nanci. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Catherine's name to Mother of God School. 20501 Goshen Rd. Gaithersburg, MD 20879.
