He is survived by: his wife Joy Lynn Foard; his daughter Tammy Brown (Doug) of Lusby, MD.; and his siblings, Teenie Foard (Shirley), Jimmy Foard (Bonnie) and Shirley Norfolk (Bucky). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
