It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Raymond Lear of Beltsville, Maryland, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Emmy" Street Lear; and his children, William Steven, Kathryn Ann, Karen Louise and Kevin Raymond. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
