He is survived by: his wife Cipriana Villegas; his siblings, Maria Elisa Mercedes, Petra Gomez, Margarita Gomez, Hector Mercedes and Cesar Mercedes; his children, Elisa Mercedes, Olfa Mercedes, Bethania Mercedes and Victor Eli Mercedes; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Christopher, Genesis, Cristel, Victoria, Rosie, Manuel, Camilla, Rolando, Samuel, Camila, Eliana, Avery and Casey; his great grandchildren, Elias, Arianna, Jayden, Julian, Joshua, Bryan, Aliyah and Greysen; his sons, Carl Riley and Tony Martinez (Lauren Mercedes); and his sister-in-law Urda Lidia Perez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, god children, friends and other relatives.
