He is survived by: his wife Susan Zook; his son Nicholas James Zook (Tiffany Ann Zook); his siblings, Frank Zook, Richard Zook (Tina) and Marjorie Bang (Mike); and his grandchildren, Nicholas James Zook II and Zoey Ann Zook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister-in laws and brother in-law.
