She is survived by: her sons, Alex and Aaron Sosa; her mother Nelly Perez; her sisters, Magaly Trinidad, Celia (Emile Dulcine) and Elizabeth Requeno (Rafael); her nephew Kai; her nieces, Emilia Dulcine, Angelis Burgos and Karina Requeno (Vincent); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Anastasia and Cataleya; her aunt Fior Pérez; her cousins, Mary Vilorio and Franklin Diaz; her uncle Miguel Angel Perez; her close friends, Rafaela, Ana, Yudy and Maria Teresa Nuñez; and also, Emerson Diaz, Hazel and Gaia. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to her sons Alex and Aaron Sosa.
