He is survived by: his parents, Royal Paul Smith, Sr. and Greta Smith (Mallow); his brother-in-law Todd Deltufo; and his nieces and nephews, Todd of Laurel, MD., Nathan of Laurel, MD. and Maci Deltufo of Laurel, MD.. He is also survived by many friends, lots of cousins, uncles, and aunts.
