It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alan Jacobs of Beltsville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Carol A. Larsen (Donald); his nieces and nephews, Dena Longobardi (Joseph), Erica Dean (Jeremy), Kevin Alsop (Kristen), Matthew Jacobs (Michael Jacobs) and Eric Larsen (Dawn Marie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic, Colton, Ryan, Briella Longobardi, Logan, Gavin, Mason Dean, Ruby Larsen and Declan Alsop; and also, William M. Jacobs and J. Stephen Jacobs (Jeanne).
Prior to the pandemic, Bob began at ArtStream where he served as a back-office assistant organizing the agency's records. After the pandemic struck in 2020, Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Georgetown needed a service corps member to help coordinate their CCD program.
