Phyllis Ann Proctor Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2022, at the age of 76, Phyllis Ann Proctor of Beltsville, Maryland, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Greye Iddings and Alice "Peg" Henry Iddings; her former husband Bob Hugney; her children, Kim Hugney Genberg (Mike Conger), Jeff Hugney (Joanna) and Marty Hugney (Leisa); her grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Matthew, Joelle and Steven; her siblings-in-law, Suzette Nesmith (Marty), Beth Matthews (Joe) and Philip Proctor (Tut); her husband Frank Proctor; her stepson Trey Proctor (Megan); and her siblings, Ed Iddings (Ann) and Beth Janik (Ed). She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
