He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. "Andrew" Thompson and Eileen Williams-Thompson; his brother Winston Anthony Thompson; and his grandchildren, Jason, Josiah, Gemar, Elijah, Kimani, Joseph Trent, Jameisha and DiJarnae.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his daughters, Aileen (James Jones), Gina (Rafael Vazquez), Gem (Anthony Simms) and Arlette (Timothy Pile); his siblings, Minerva, Felicity, Pamela, Aubrey, Theresa Elinor and Celeste (Whellie); his in-laws, Walter B. Alexander, Viola (Kingston), Loretta (Archer), Jennifer (Hamilton), Paula, Henry, Hilton (Kippins), Maureen, Loraine (Thompson), Karran Jhugdeo and John Hughes; his nieces and nephews, Walter Jeremy, Lawerence (Larry), Jonelle, LiAnn Zara (Totty), Nadia, Wenda Zoe (Morton), Darrell, Andrew (Thompson), Gareth (Teshanna), Yannick, Learie, Eli and Bethany (Jhugdeo); his great-nephews, Darren, Demario (Alexander), Jaelan, Jediah (Dummett), Elijah (Jhugdeo) and Jru Arlo (Thompson); and his cousins, Lincoln Lennox Andries (Cheryl), Carolyn Bruce (Ivor), Clarence, Eion, Martin (Williams), Amos, Eurilla Ann Bhola and Jean McDerby.
A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Beltsville Seventh Day Adventist Church (4200 Ammendale Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705).
