It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Fulcher (Beltsville, Maryland), born in Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Kalec and George Kalec; and her grandson Seth Ammon Rieker. She is survived by: her husband James Kenneth Fulcher; her sister Nancy Marion Gerstel; and her children, Ian Christopher Fulcher, Megan Esther Rieker, Kirt Drew Fulcher, Jared Golden Fulcher, Owen Garr Fulcher and Gwynn Valentine Fulcher. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7200 Contee Rd, Laurel, MD 20707). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
