She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Harrison and Bessie Harrison; her siblings, Gilbert, Josephine and Ruth; and her husband John Webb.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Russell Williams; her stepdaughters, Sheila, Renee and Denise; and her grandchildren, Angelo D. T. Smith, Paul Chadwick, Rachel Chadwick, Lambert Fleming III, Robin Jones, Lisa Napper and Kim Grimes.
