We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Mary Helena Pendergraph of Beltsville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Paul Carroll and Mary Audrey Carroll (Stone); her children, Mary and James "Jamie" Pendergraph; her sister Joan Pendergraph (Carroll); and her husband Gene Pendergraph.
She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Pendergraph, Charles "Chuck" Smith and Charlie; and her siblings, Anne Purdy (Carroll) and Matthew P. Carroll, Jr. (Jane). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Her enduring love, faith and charity served as a shining example of service and motherhood to everyone she touched.
