With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Feissner of Beltsville, Maryland, who passed away on November 4, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Karl George Feissner; her parents, Ralph Norcia and Ruth Norcia; and her siblings, Patsy, Jeanne, Paul, Michael, Jimmy and Susie.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret, John, Katy, Nancy and Tracy; her grandchildren, Grace, Justin, Allison and Jimmy; and her sister Rita.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Montgomery Hospice Casey House or Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA).
