He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Rose. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Forrest; his children, Selina Majewski (Todd Majewski), Wanda Forrest (Jon Whittingham) and Larry Forrest (Jennifer Forrest); his grandchildren, Jordan Forrest, Zoe Forrest, Sophie Majewski, Griffin Majewski, Connor Majewski, Rowan Whittingham and Riley Whittingham; and his sisters, Juanita Robinson and Madeline Kline.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Larry Forrest to Seasons Hospice, which helped them immensely.
