It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Ray Carter (Beltsville, Maryland), born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert R. Cater. He is survived by: his mother Rosie M. Carter; his sister Joyce A. York (Bobby York) of Rogersville, Missouri.; his nieces, Sherry A. Moriarty (Erik Tolstad), Catherine A. Mixon (James Mixon) of Oakdale, MN and Melissa Green Laurel, MD (Mark Green); his nephew John Leonhart, Jr.; and his great-nephews, Alexx, Daniel Tolstad, Maplewood, Jack and Luke Mixon Oakdale, MD.
