She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda J. Eddings and Foster Inman; and her stepfather Thomas L. Eddings, Sr. (Juliett). She is survived by: her husband Richard Ogletree; her sons, Richard J. Ogletree, II of Denton, MD and Jeremy J. Ogletree of Los Angeles, CA.; her grandchildren, Julian Taylor, Jasmine Ogletree of Atlanta, GA, Laila Ogletree, Brianna Ogletree, Alissa Ogletree, Jace Ogletree of Denton, MD and Jalen Rashad of Boston, MA; and her siblings, Evelyn Inman of Las Vegas, NV, Thomas L. Eddings, Jr. and Anthony D. Eddings (Michelle). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Sharon Bible Fellowship Church (6117 Seabrook Rd, Lanham, MD 20706).
