He is survived by: his wife Delores B. Jarrell; his children, Dwan Landin (Robert), James Jarrell, Jr. and Kevin Jarrell (Lisa); and his brothers, Luther and Arthur Jarrell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
