It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabelle Courtney (Beltsville, Maryland), who passed away on March 10, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Patricia Schluze. She is survived by: her children, Willie Courtney (Maria), Louise Arrowood (Jimmy), Florence Marasicula (Frank) and Annabelle Whittington (Wayne). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
