He was predeceased by: his brother James R. Flora. He is survived by: his children, Patrick S. of Cumberland, MD and Jennifer Timbrook (Travis) of Augusta, WV; his grandchildren, Austin W. Flora, Dailey G. and Phineas M. Timbrook; his siblings, Dennis Flora (Mary) of Lanham, MD, Daniel Flora of Solomons, MD and Janice M. Musgrove; his sister-in-law Cecelia; and his nephew Steve.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions the family is requesting visitation, service and interment be by invitation only.
