With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Diane Willey (Beltsville, Maryland), born in Takoma Park, Maryland, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lilian Oneita Parsly and Robert Albin Parsly; her sons, Richard "Rusty" Willey (Tina), Robert "Robby" Willey (Toni) and Raymond "Randy" Willey (Missy); and her husband Donald "Donny" Willey. She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, 1 sister in law, 1 brother and, many nieces, nephews, cousins and, friends.
