She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John F. Middleton, Jr.; her mother Eva Warner Koontz; her children, John C. Middleton (Janet) and Pamela Garton (William); her grandchildren, Amanda, Bradley, John Michael, Jason Christopher and Cody; her brother William Warner; and her father William.
