She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clark Russell Snowden and Florence Davis Snowden; her husband Melvin Lee Hopkins; her aunt Mary Garrette; her cousin Anita Walker; her stepchildren, Keith Smith and Dana Danes; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Stokes and Cheryl Hopkins; and her extended family Philip Walker. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
