She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Mable Decker and Leo Peleg Clapper; and her husband Eugene Moran. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela-Jeanne Moran, Melissa Linkins (Steve Linkins) and Tracey Moran; her grandchildren, Samantha Linkins, Jamie Jiron (Kellie Ann), Tyler Linkins (Ramzah Kahn) and Kyle Moran (Trish); and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Sofia Dilworth, Joseph Moran and Finnley Jiron.

Prior to the COVID pandemic, she was also the oldest volunteer at the ReStore Store in Silver Spring.
