He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Baxter and Loretta Baxter (Geise); and his sister Jane Farrer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baxter; his children, Audrey Baxter and Keith Baxter (Dawn); his granddaughter Aniela Baxter; his stepgranddaughters, Heather and Melody Pereira; and his siblings, Carol Monroe and James Baxter.
