He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Budd Sr. and Daisy Murphy Budd; his daughter Starla Budd; and his sister-in-law Mary Budd. He is survived by: his wife Lois Budd; his sons, Dennis Budd (Ginger) and Jay Budd (Erica); his stepchildren, Thomas Morgan, Kristofer Latham and Angela Goldsmith (Roger); his siblings, Lester Budd and Shirley Russell; and his grandchildren, Sydney Budd, Nathan Budd, Jason Budd and Phillip Budd.
