He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Duckett; his siblings, Melody, Cheryl, Angela (Charles), Wayne Sr. (Janice) and Joseph (Tabitha); and his godson Trevon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
