He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Murray Lewis. He is survived by: his father Gary A. Lewis, Sr.; his aunts, Kim Murray (Frank Thompson), Sharon Payne-Ashby (Fred Ashby) and Sandra L. Lewis Fennell; and his uncle A. J. Lewis (Linda). He is also survived by cousins, great Aunts and many friends.
