He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lawrence Langan Sr. and Matilda Catherine Langan (Ryan); his former wife Eleanor C. Langan; and his brother Edward "Bud" Lawrence Langan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Margie" Langan (Ford); his children, William Langan, Jr. (Deborah), Robert Langan, Daniel Langan, Catherine Mateer (James), Ellen Kobler (Jeffery) and Barbara Blake (Kevin); his stepchildren, Karen Kurrle (Brian) and Keith Schepleng; and his grandchildren, William Langan III, Laura Kurrle, Maggie Schepleng and Samuel Schepleng.
