He is survived by: his children, Joseph Patrick Dunnigan of Delta, PA, Vincent Christopher Stapleton of Baltimore City, Laura Lynn Dunnigan of Bel Air and Sandra McGarvey of Delta, PA; and his siblings, Frank Stapleton and Rosie Mullins. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
