He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Pfaff and Rita Pfaff; and his brother William Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Pfaff; his children, Thomas Jr. (Erin), Keith (Megan), Gabrielle, Grant, Claudia, Grace, Mary, Alex and Maddie; his brothers, Richard and Robert; his stepsister Debbie Rice; his stepmother Katherine Lyons; his sister-in-law Toni Mingioni (Joe); his aunt Joyce Nemic (Uncle Bud); and his close friends, Debi Rondo and Joe Fabula. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
