She was predeceased by: her parents, Newman Barnes and Jean Barnes (Dolan); her husband Charles Douglas Layman (Doug); and her son James Layman. She is survived by: her children, Doug Layman (Margie), Tim Layman (Claire), Deborah Jean Volk (Ralph) and Lynda Benjamin (Jeff); her sister Joyce Gerlak; her grandchildren, Dalayna Lloyd, Brett Benjamin, Kelly Reid, Melissa Allen, Jenna, Jesse Volk, Connor, Jake, Jimmy, Ryan and Kyle Layman; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Layla, Laynie Coppola, Lilly, Lola Rose, Sarah, Jason Craft, Cruz, Duke Varnado, Henry Volk and Isiah Layman.
