Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosalie Ann Kirby of Bel Air, Maryland, born in Federalsburg, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 86, on December 19, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Henry Todd Sr. and Bessie Todd; her husband Robert L. Kirby Sr.; her children, Robert Kirby Jr. (Vanessa), Elaine Klinger (Gerald, Jr.) and Lynn Instone (George Thomas, III); and her grandchildren, Rebekah Hansen (David), Rachel Taylor, Ashleigh Instone, Robert Kirby III (Jessica), Gerald Klinger III, Ryan Kirby and Amanda Lynn Instone. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Upper Cross Roads Baptist Church Building Renovation Fund.
