Spahn (Bel Air, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Paul Spahn and Effie Jane Spahn. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Paul Spahn and Jennifer Marie Manning (Henry); his grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth Manning and Tyler Paul Manning; his siblings, Louis Frank Spahn (Susan L. Spahn) and Olivia Elizabeth Burd (Pastor Keith R.); and his nieces and nephews, Louis Frank Spahn II, James Michael Spahn, Kelley Leigh McFadden and Deneka Lynn Crawford.
