It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Louis Vickers (Bel Air, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vickers and Barbara Vickers. He is survived by: his siblings, David Vickers and Karen Sutton (Steve); his girlfriend Kathy Mackey; his nieces, Lindsay, Meredith, Megan and Melinda; and his stepdaughter Nicole Mackey.
