He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Webster Sr. and Helen Koester (Koch); his wife Barbara Webster; his children, Richard E. Webster, III (Janice) and Heather N. Lynch; his grandchildren, Britney Lemly, Jacob Webster, Emily and Andrew Lynch; his great grandchildren, Josephine Lemly and Savannah Lynch; and his siblings, Patty Gutierrez, Judy Miller, Barbara Bowden and William Webster.
