He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Peggy G. Mangin; his children, Barbara Kraft, Elizabeth Young and Brian Mangin; his brother James Mangin (Margaret); his grandchildren, Andrew, Eric, Jason Kraft, Geana Kelbaugh, Abigail, Adam Hough, Alex Kissinger, Autumn Neal and Alexis Deigert; and his great grandchildren, Oakley S. Kraft and Rowan A. Kelbaugh.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
