He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Leo Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Leimkuhler). He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Sullivan (Martin); his children, Marianne Lisa Testerman (Lester), Amy K. Sullivan (Domonic), Cara S. Chell (Michael), Patrick L. Sullivan, Jr. and Andrew T. Sullivan; his grandchildren, Corey Hierstetter (Amanda), James Testerman, Paul Raimondo, Chloe Chell and Silas Chell; his great grandchild Meadow Hierstetter; and his sisters, Margaret Young, Jeanne Romine and Esther Streett.
