He was predeceased by: his father James "Guy" Hall. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hall (McCarty); his wife Molly Hall (Devlin); his children, Elizabeth, Sarah, Michael and Julia; his siblings, Chris Hall and Renee Hall; and his close friend Wayne Donithan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund, an organization very important to Michael and his family.
