She was predeceased by: her husband Dan O'Neill of Bel Air; her parents, Ethel Dalton and Charles Dalton, Sr.; her siblings, Elizabeth Saunders, Lucile Hamby, Charles Dalton, Jr. and Tom Dalton; and her son Howard O'Neill of Kenna, WV..
She is survived by: her children, Mark O'Neill (Anya) of Belcamp, MD and Mary Lynn Bowers (Steve) of Havre; her brother Robert Dalton (Janet) of Bel Air, MD; and her grandsons, Mathew O'Neill, Philip O'Neill and Nickolas Bowers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
