It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Mae Kowalski (Bel Air, Maryland), who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vernon J. Kowalski; her children, Laura C. Frank and Vernon J. Kowalski, Jr. (Louise); her grandchildren, Andrew Frank (Ellen), Julia Arthes (Federico), Christian Frank and Adam Kowalski; her great grandchildren, Graham and Gabriel Frank; and her siblings, Margaret Basile, Shirley Smith, Glen Owen Smith and Ronald Thomas Smith. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
