She was predeceased by: her parents, Gwen Kennedy and Harvey; and her husbands, Thomas "Holly" Garber and Greg Field. She is survived by: her siblings, Harvey Kennedy (Maggie) of Simpsonville, SC and Leslie Kennedy of Valencia, CA; her sons, Ted Garber (Rachel) of Leesburg, VA and Kennedy Garber (Samantha) of Bel Air, MD; her stepchildren, Lindsey Frazer (Rob) of Landenberg, PA, Jeffrey Field (Katie) of Springfield, PA and Casey Field of Ypsilanti, MI; and her grandchildren, Robbie, Ali, Riley, Evan, Reagan, Sydney, Delaney, Eliza and Quinn.
In lieu of flowers, gifts and contributions may be sent in memory of Karen to The American Cancer Society, which remained her favorite charity.
